Guido GRASSI DAMIANI

Born in 1968.
He joined the company in 1994 where he was responsible for developing its distribution network and marketing programs in Italy. He introduced new strategies that had a significant impact on the company’s development. In 1996 he took charge of the entire company and today is both President and CEO.

Education and Previous Experience
He has an honors degree in Sociology and an IGI diploma in Gemology. Before entering the family business he successfully made a career for himself in the real estate sector, where he worked for some years.
