Alberto GRANDO

Dean, SDA Bocconi

Born in Milan, on April 11, 1957. Dean of SDA Bocconi School of Management, Bocconi University, Milan and SDA Professor of Production & Supply Chain Management at the Operations and Technology Management Unit of the School.
He is Full Professor of Production and Operations Management at L. Bocconi University of Milan (Italy), where he teaches Operations Management, Logistics Management and Strategy and Innovation and Technology Management.
Graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University in 1983, he has published a number of books and articles in academic and professional journals. His research interests are manufacturing performances measurement, supply chain management, logistics and operations management.
He is member of the Interfaculty Group “International Logistics” of CEMS – Community of European Management Schools and Visiting Professor of Operations Management at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University (UK).
He is member of the scientific committee of Service Innovation and Sourcing Chair (Logistics, Production and Service Department) at ESSEC School of Management, Paris.
