President and CEO Biagiotti Group

Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna, President and CEO of Biagiotti Group Spa, born in Rome on the 12th October 1978, represents the third generation of the family business, founded in 1965 by Delia Biagiotti. She has shared the passion for fashion and the Made in Italy with her mother Laura, alongside whom she has been running the company for twenty years.

She promoted the execution of important restorations in collaboration with Laura Biagiotti Parfums among which the Campidoglio’s Cordoned Staircase, the Fountains of Piazza Farnese in Rome and the donation of the great stage curtain of La Fenice theatre in Venice. She sustained the sponsoring initiative for the Piccolo Theatre in Milan where the Laura Biagiotti Collections have been showed exclusively since 1998. She is Councilor of the Biagiotti Cigna Foundation, which holds 200 artworks by the Futurist master, Giacomo Balla.

She is among the first to have valued the synergy between two of the most representative sectors of the Made in Italy: fashion and sports. Lavinia Biagiotti is the President of the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club, the golf course of 27 holes in the roman contryside which will host the Ryder Cup 2022 match.
She is Councilor of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion and part of Unicredit’s Italian Advisory Board. Furthermore, she is Vice President of the Rome Music Foundation – Auditorium Parco della Musica. She is member of the Female Committee for the Vatican’s Pontifical Council for Culture and Councilor for the leo-Ccm Foundation.
