Fabio FUSCO
Managing Director, Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Fabio Fusco is Managing Director within the Global Corporate & Investment Banking line of business of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He joined BAML in May 2019 and before that Fabio was for 5 years a Partner of JAB Holding, a privately held group focused on long term investments. In this period, JAB Assets under management increased from US$ 40bn to US$ 100bn, while net return stands at 18%+. Fabio led the exit from Luxury and co-piloted the development of the multi-brand fast casual restaurants platform. Previously Fabio has spent 20 years in retail and luxury, in successively senior financial positions:
in 2003 he was CFO for IT Holding SpA where he was responsible for major financial
restructuring and disposals;
in May 2005 he joined Bally International Ltd as Chief Financial Officer and was
responsible for managing the transfer of ownership of Bally International from TPG to JAB
Luxury in 2008.
In 2010 became CFO of JAB Luxury. During his tenure he co-piloted the acquisition of
Belstaff and Jimmy Choo in 2011, and led Jimmy Choo flotation in 2014.
Fabio is a graduate of LUISS University in Rome where he read economics and finance and a Harvard alumnus, having successfully completed the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development (PMD78) in 2003.
