Federica Levato is a partner in Bain & Company's Milan office. She is a leader in the firm's global Consumer Products, Retail and Private Equity practices, with deep expertise in luxury goods and fashion.

Federica has 15 years of experience leading more than 300 assignments in the fashion and luxury industry, on issues relating to corporate and business strategy, product and merchandising, distribution eco-system excellence, brand and marketing, digital transformation and organization redesign.

Her industry expertise spans across sectors: luxury apparel and soft accessories, fashion retailing, luxury and branded jewellery, luxury hospitality, design furniture, e-tailing, upstream value chain for fashion and luxury.

Federica is also the co-author of Bain's annual Luxury Study, one of the most cited sources of market information in the luxury industry.
