Claudio Delunas is the founder and CEO of IDEE PARTNERS Group, a more than 110-people firm located in Florence and Milan, Italy partnering the most renowned high-end Luxury and Fashion brands on Leather Goods and Shoes businesses.

Since graduating in Law at University of Milan, after a first experience at Decathlon in France, Delunas has worked around ten years at different brands of LVMH, at Louis Vuitton in Paris, then at Céline in Paris and Florence and Marc Jacobs in Milan, focusing on Leather Goods in different roles at Operations departments.

Delunas created in 2008 IDEE CONSULTING, leading a large team of professionals highly specialized in luxury accessories industry, dedicated to creative activities and outsourcing of design, product development, sampling and manufacturing processes.

A pioneer in creating a full service approach for a large scale of high profile brands, from start-ups to the most renowned ones, Delunas created in 2010 one of the largest Development Center in Scandicci-Florence, in the heart of the world capital of high-level Leather Goods and Accessories.  The add and implementing of GIMAPEL, a 60-people production factory and SHOWMATES, dedicated to R&D of raw material and components, completed the plan of establishing a group of activities allowing to externalize the complete management of Product development and production processes, supplying services and products to all the most relevant Luxury and Fashion groups.
