After a degree in Political Sciences at Università Cattolica of Milano and a SQ in Mass Communication and Society at the UoW in Seattle, he worked as creative director for more than 10 years in non-digital and digital communication for the Italian/American advertising agencies. He had has been in touch with different industries and product clusters: from bras to blades, from airfreight’s to kitchens, from bathrooms to ice creams.
He is an expert on innovative products and services due. While he was creative director in McCann-Erickson, he leads the 1997 launch of Telecom Italia Internet Brand (Tin.it) and the creative for Microsoft off/on-line communication activities.
He started at IBM in 2000, where he developed his customer relation skills on cross-media and user interaction in the “customer experience, branding, design, usability & accessibility” field.
He created, developed and launched several projects in the “green”, tourism, culture, health and care industries, which he holds some patents. Today he is an expert on interaction between objects and devices and on how to make these interactions relevant from a communication point of view.
Today he applies his experience to the social&digital marketing and branding field as “Manager of Social Digital Marketing & Brand Systems Italy” and ”Director of Human Centric Solution Center Europe”.
